I am passionate about growth and supporting educators, directors and services as they take their next steps on their inclusion journey.

Meet Anne-Marie!

My Why
After years working in early childhood education—and living the realities and rewards of inclusive practice—I created Inclusion to Me to be the kind of support I once wished existed: real, responsive, and rooted in relationship.

Since becoming a mother, my commitment to inclusion has only deepened. I understand the heart, energy, and care educators pour into their work. I’m here to walk beside you—offering guidance that’s grounded, affirming, and actionable.

So what is inclusion to me personally? It is a deep sense of belonging and care for others that is evident in all we say and do.

These experiences have given me a deep understanding of what supports educators need—not just in theory, but in real-life, everyday practice.
